Shoulder circles are an easy exercise you can do anywhere, anytime. Requiring little time, this exercise reaps great benefits if performed properly and regularly. This is a great exercise to begin your workout routine as it increases your heart rate and warms up your shoulders and upper body.
1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. With or without dumbbells, rest your hands by your sides.
