I want to tell you a quick story.

Last month a new member was referred by one of our current members. We sat and started talking about her goals and reasons for wanting to join. As we developed some rapport, she started to trust me more.

Finally she told me that her friend was getting liposuction surgery, and she made a bet 6 weeks ago that she could lose most of her weight and have a nice body in 6 weeks. However, she came to see me 2 weeks after she made the bet.


Natural way to lose the extra weight

She told me that her reputation was on the line and she needed to lose all the extra weight no matter what, in a natural way. I took her body composition measurements, and we found out that her fat percentage was 40%.

I told her the truth, “I have seen people lose up to 5% a month, and people who deliver these results are usually motivated by a contest or challenge.

When people sign up with no competition, they usually lose from 1-3% of body fat per month. You have only 4 weeks to win your bet, and I don’t encourage people to set up goals that are very stressful and unattainable. I don’t think it is healthy because of the stress you are putting on your body and your mind.”

Setting targets and specific goals

She told me that she did not care and she would do anything I would tell her to get to her goal.

what you need to know to get fast weight loss results_2Of course, I reminded her that she would have had better chances of losing the weight if she would have come two weeks before. Anyway, I decided to help her and set specific goals for her to lose weight.

The moment of truth

After a month of hard work, it was time for her assessment. I started measuring her, and she surprised me with results: eleven pounds of fat loss, 6 pounds of muscle gain and total loss of 7% body fat.

This is the first time I have seen someone lose 7% of body fat in 1 month!

I can only imagine how much she could have lost if she would have started 6 weeks before.

I was very surprised, and she saw it and told me, “You have no idea how much hard work I have put into this. I ran 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour before session and attended your session six days a week. I followed all the eating recommendations you provided me. I was tempted to eat the wrong products once in awhile, but I remembered my goal.”

I told her that I know how hard it must have been since I know how difficult it can be to lose as little as 2% a month.


1. Never doubt that someone can do better than you think.

2. Set your goals high and work towards them. If you really want it, you can get it.

3. People under pressure deliver the best results.

4. Your brain is more powerful than your body.

5. Set up measurable goals.

6. You get out what you put in.

7. Don’t waste your time. Don’t leave anything for “tomorrow.” The chances of getting what you want are higher when you start “now.”

And one for good measure:

8. Get liposuction and forget about exercising and eating healthily. (Just kidding, this is the poorest choice you can make).
