The great thing about juicing (and juices) is that you get all the delicious-ness of fresh juices And the goodness from the fruit and/or vegetables

And of course they are so easy to digest

Within 10 to 15 minutes of actually drinking a juice the goodness starts to work which means that the body can utilise the minerals and vitamins in a much quicker way.


The whole outcome is so much better for you:

Your eyes will be clear

Your hair and nails will improve

Juicing is great for anti ageing

You will feel so much better

The sluggishness of winter will disappear

And of course you will lose weight easily and effortlessly because you will be taking in only fresh vegetables and fruit and nothing will be processed so no hidden sugars, salts or e numbers!!

And all because you will be taking in far more nutrients into the body than you could possibly eat or want to come to that.

You wouldn’t necessarily eat half a pound of kale, one whole cucumber, 4 sticks of celery and 2 green apples but juice them up and add some fresh ginger – oh so yummy and it becomes a delicious but totally wonderful detox juice.

If you’re looking to lose weight then juicing is absolutely perfect.

Because one of the big problems when you go on a diet is the hunger pangs, but with juicing that doesn’t happen because it prevents hunger.  And not only that you’re getting all the nutrients your body needs.

Juicing of course, by it’s very nature, is natural and if you use organic vegetables and fruit even better.

Juicing for weight loss is also easy

No counting of calories, carbs, or anything else for that matter.  It makes life so stress free and the benefits are limitless.  You’ll be doing your body and your taste buds a real favour because there’ll be no additives like  there are in processed foods or drinks, you’re giving your digestive system a rest from all that harmful stuff and juicing is so delicious.

One of the added bonuses of juicing of course is that it will help to detox your body so helping even greater weight loss.  Oh Yes.

You can choose several ways to go on your ‘juicing regime’

You can juice only, changing juices for each ‘meal’

You can juice once a day and still eat a normal meal (as long as it isn’t going to overload your system)

Or you can do a one day a week juice day

Or a combination –

Whatever suits you

Whichever way you choose you can be assured that juicing will help you eliminate nasty toxins from your body, you will lose weight and you will feel great.

Vegetables are better than fruit for weight loss when juicing mainly because fruit does have its own ‘sugars’ so vegetable juicing will make for quicker weight loss but you can add fruit to your juices to sweeten them.

The vegetables that are the best for juicing are things like kale, spinach, cabbage.

1 whole cucumber
Huge bunch of kale
2 green apples
4 sticks celery
Ginger to taste

2 carrots
1 cucumber
Small bunch parsley
half bunch chard
half  bunch spinach
1 bunch kale
Juice of one lime

2 Beets
2 carrots
1 cup strawberries
2 cups Kale

2 cups combination of beet greens, red swiss chard, Kale and Spinach
1 golden delicious apple
Half Comice pear
10 strawberries
1 cup coconut water

1 cup green grapes
1 pear
1 lime
2 cucumbers

1 lemon
1 lime
2 pears
2 green apples
2 carrots
1 piece ginger
2 cups purple cabbage

2 apples
Half cantaloupe
Half honeydew
6-8 kale leaves
6-8 chard leaves

One third pineapple
Half cucumber
I handful spinach
2 apples
Juice of 2 fresh limes

2 oranges
2 carrots
Quarter head lettuce
1 celery stick
Quarter head cabbage
2 large broccoli florets

2 apples
One third pineapple
2 kiwis
2 nectarines

2 cups blueberries
2 kiwis
16 strawberries
2 cups mint leaves

2 medium summer squash
6-8 kale leaves
4 dandelion greens
4 small peaches
1 apple
Half lemon

6 cups grapes
1 golden delicious apple
2 pieces (about 2”) ginger
Half cup blackberries

2 medium zucchini
2 medium tomatoes
2 medium carrots
Quarter red onion
2 cups Swiss Chard
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Pinch sea salt (optional)
Pinch black pepper (optional
Squeeze of lemon (optional)

2 and half cups Watermelon
1 cup blueberries
6-8 leaves Swiss Chard

1 large turnip
2 medium beets
2 carrots
2 apples
1” piece ginger root

So whatever you decide to juice, whenever you decide to juice whether it’s one day a week as a detox, once a day as part of your weight loss program or a few days a week be assured that you will feel great and lose weight easily, effortlessly.
