How to use cinnamon in your diet

For breakfast, You can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to your breakfast cereal, or oatmeal. Alternatively, you can just sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on your toast, or add this spice to your favorite herbal tea.

For snacking, you can add this spice to apple, apple sauce, protein shake, Greek yogurt etc… I personally like to sprinkle my sweet potatoes with cinnamon.
