I can feel some results after 2 weeks with this plan. My breathing is more efficient and my muscles are stronger than they used to. I’ll continue with this plan to get longer term benefits!

I like the exercises because they are complementary with the diet, you burn the exactly calories you need. Also the meals are very easy to prepared, even for me that I'm not a good cook. They are varied and rich in nutrients, I don’t feel hungry all the time anymore.

I downloaded this plan a few weeks ago and following it I realised that I'm much better than before. Easy meals to prepare and really healthy. You have to work hard, but as people say: no pain no gain.
