Very easy to cook these meals! They were delicious. I was not expecting the workouts to be that thorough though, was very pleasantly surprised,...I definitely recommend

This plan helped me lose some weight I wanted to get rid of! It´s really good because it´s a full plan with great video exercises and a diet plan with healthy meals. Althought some recipes take time to cook the taste is great and they are very healthy!

I feel better after try this plan. It’s difficult for me to lose weight but despite this I did it. I really like the videos, I feel like there is a personal trainer with me all the time. Now I am on my 3rd week and I feel I would like to carry on on stop. The first time I lost 55lb and I was really pleased with the results that I would like to start again to lose a little bit more.I am looking forward to part 2 of this plan.
