So happy with this plan! I followed Learn to Run I and now in the middle of the part II and i am absolutely loving them! Always thought that being able to run would really help me with my fitness but never actually got around to it! This plan was a real motivator to achieve my goals and obviously my body benefited so much from it!
I can't believe how good this is. I am on week 3 and loving it. I need to lose weight. I love swimming and cycling but I feel this is what our bodies were made for. It feels like I'm exercising all muscle groups. It's helping my asthma too.
I did the “Learn to run I” part and I improved my running a lot. I was a beginner and after the part one I was able to run a 5k race. If you follow the training and advices your endurance will definitely improve. Now I'm doing this part to achieve a 10k race I want to participate in summer. I am enjoying running more day by day. These plans are so easy to follow for beginners as it combines walks training with running techniques.
