Matt Smith is a successful London based trainer and he has prepared this simple gym based program for new members who may not have trained in a gym before.

Exercises will be simple, easy to understand and follow

All exercises will have an accompanying video to guide you through how to perform them.

This program is designed to help you lose fat, improve strength, and build muscle.

Notes:
1) For best results, use the WatchFit app to track your calories or simply your food photos. Food photo tracking is a great way to monitor your eating habits and keep you on track.

2) Give yourself at least one day to rest between each session (especially at the beginning).

3) All exercises have a YouTube video of me performing them linked to the program.

4) Not recommended for those of you suffering from injuries (especially to the lower back, knee, or shoulder)

I'm a personal trainer and online coach based in Harrow, London. I've been in the industry as a PT since 2010 but have only recently got into online coaching. I believe that getting in shape is way more simple than most people think. Train regularly, work hard, and track your calories. Most of all be patient and try not to do too much, too soon.

I design sessions that are efficient and effective, I feel that 20 minutes spent doing the right exercises is way more productive than 60 minutes spent doing the wrong ones.
