Sometimes it’s hard starting to do exercise… once I started watching the videos I felt so motivated.I like how you can share what you have to eat with your friends. Actually I do this plan occasionally because I want to keep fit.
Just in 7 days, this plan is short and really good. Being consistent is all that is needed to see the results and combine it with good habits. I didn't have enough time to do exercise and this plan was perfect for me. I also downloaded the application in order to do exercise outdoors.
