I tried this plan before starting Fat Shred 1200‏. It worked very well, although the most difficult part was eating only 1000 calories. I have never been so hungry! However, I saw results really quickly...within a week which was awesome.

This plan was awesome because it gave me the kick start I needed to lose some weight. Once I saw some changes in my body I felt motivated to continue to lose weight.
