This full body workout has been designed by Aleksandra Madej, an experienced trainer who has worked in Poland, New York and London over 16 years with classes, individuals and corporations. She has designed this plan for women like you to help you lose weight, tone up and gain vitality!

Equipment needed:
  • Gym equipment: Barbell, dumbbells, Kettlebell, Resistance Machines…
  • Mat, Bench
  • Bosu
  • Swiss Ball/Gym Ball

How does it work?

Simple!
1- Get the plan.
2- Let the app lead you through the program.
3- Videos show you how to perform each exercise properly.
4- Log your exercise photo, compete with friends and stay motivated!
5- Spend 60min at a gym exercising with Ivania and see results!

How does a typical workout day look?

Warm up:
5 min cycling
Dynamic stretches (As shown in the video. Perform each stretch for 15 reps)

Workout: x 25 reps each exercise

A. Machine Leg Press
B. Assisted Machine Chin Ups
C. Knee Press Ups
D. Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls
E. Swiss Ball Wall Squat with Dumbbell
F. Swiss Ball Crunches
G. Knee Plank
H. Caterpillar
I. Raised Knee Crunches

15 mins moderate cardio workout on crosstrainer, bike or treadmill.

Stretches: chest , back, quadriceps, hamstring ,calves. Hold each stretch for a minimum of 30 secs.

The exercises go from easy to hard, you’re always challenged. Also they include rest days which is really good. The plan is really complete, and I love how it lets me workout on my own. The app makes exercise easier to fit into my daily routine, and I started to see results quickly.

Great plan! I find interesting the exercises and you only need to watch the videos. The exercises are everything you need. It’s like you have a personal trainer. I really recommend it! Also the app is much easier than others that I used before.
