I've just done my first week with this plan and I can see it's working. I feel so motivated to continue doing it. I am getting more and more addicted to log my food and exercise every day :D Like checking other people's food and exercise. Sometimes I get great comments from people who likes my food, thanks for that :)

Love it so far! Simple moves you can do WITHOUT equipment. Definitely makes you sweat and gets your heart going! I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to with this one. Diet and workout made by an expert… what else can you ask for?

I especially liked that you can eat on this plan and still lose weight. A lot of plans involve not eating enough, so you are constantly hungry and may lose weight, but I a lot of the time it comes straight back on when you stop the plan.

I've used this a few times in the past, but recently I have become more serious about staying healthy and fit, so I use this app almost everyday. It helps me to decide if I really want to eat that cheat food and log it, or choose something healthier. I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks by clean eating, exercising, and logging my food on this app. I am very pleased!!
