For someone with a limited amount of time during the day like myself this plan served its purpose. I cannot complain, I lost two pounds in my first week and then 1 pound for the second and third, and stayed the same for the last week. So that is 4 pounds in total!
I like the workout. The videos look great and make the exercise program easy to follow at home as I don't need any equipment. I like the reminder push notification with each meal and logging the food keep me motivated to follow the diet plan, it is a great idea.
When I started to look for some personal plans, I never thought I could find such a completely one. I specially like the videos, they are so interesting and easy to follow anywhere.
Really helped me to stay motivated in doing my exercises. I am now on week two and still going strong. This plan is perfect for me! I have no much time to do exercise but 30 min per day it’s enough. I love preparing my meals and I am so happy to know that I am not eating more than 1200 calories a day. Also the app is so easy to use, it’s very intuitive.
I like the fact that no equipment was needed for this plan because it made it more practical and easier to follow. I didn’t have to consider where I would set up my equipment, or the use of exercise equipment.
It has really worked for me!! In my first week I was down 2 Kg, my second week I did not lose as much, but was super motivated to continue. I still have another 3 kg to lose so I am hoping the additional effort will do the trick. Overall I’m very happy with the plan and also the app. It keeps me motivated that I can see the photos of my food. Food is balanced and I don’t feel hungry all the time, unlike some other plans I have been on before. Very happy with my results! Thank you!!
