Just came back from my holiday skiing and even though i was very nervous about it; it went great! This plan definitely helped me prepare for it and i am so grateful for it! Would recommend for anyone looking for a bit of preparation before going down the slopes
My boss invited me to go skiing and I wasn't so sure about it. After looking for some advice, I end up here in this plan, and I can say it is so cool! Really helped me to get ready for my trip… Really enjoyed the videos. Joey explained the exercises really well and they are very easy to follow.
The exercises that Joey shows in the plan are so useful. I like her method of teaching and that she makes things a lot easier to follow and it's not complicated. With this plan and thanks to Joey I have more confidence again so next holidays I'm going to the Alps with my family.
I've tried this plan during a week before my holidays in the Pyrenees. I think it’s important any advance preparation before do any sport. This plan is so complete and really useful. Great video with clear explanations and recorded in a beautiful place.
I ski every winter but have never done any preparation before my ski trips. Last year I had a nasty injury on the first day, which has made me more conscious about the importance of having some training before my trips. I started with Joey’s plan the same day I downloaded it as I knew I would not do it otherwise!! The video is really easy to follow and Joey talks you through the exercises. I recently came back from my last ski trip and I can only say THANK YOU JOEY! I felt much fitter for skiing this time and could really feel the difference in my legs. I highly recommend this video and would most certainly use it again before my next ski trip.
