If you have some experience in the gym and are looking for a bit of direction then this is the program for you!

Matthew Smith is a successful London based trainer who has devised this great plan.

Designed to increase muscle and burn fat, this program is fast and to the point.

You will need access to a gym, and you will have to be able to commit to 4 days training a week.

The program is based on the push/pull design.
So one session will only concentrate on pushing exercises (bench press, shoulder press etc ...) whilst another will focus on pulling exercises (lat pulldown deadlifts etc ...). This will enable you to train every muscle effectively and efficiently

Each exercise in this plan has a link to a video demonstrating how to perform it correctly.

I'm a personal trainer and online coach based in Harrow, London. I've been in the industry as a PT since 2010 but have only recently got into online coaching. I believe that getting in shape is way more simple than most people think. Train regularly, work hard, and track your calories. Most of all be patient and try not to do too much, too soon.

I design sessions that are efficient and effective, I feel that 20 minutes spent doing the right exercises is way more productive than 60 minutes spent doing the wrong ones.
