After giving part 1 a go for 4 weeks, I have started to use part 2. I have been on it for 2 weeks now and I have gained a lot of strength all round!
I feel more confident with my body now that I have developed some chest muscle. I am more able to approach girls without feeling shy or embarrassed about my appearance. I know I still got a long way to go, but I have made the first step and I've seen results so I am feeling motivated to continue the journey to build my chest muscle.
