I feel like my strength has increased since I've started following this plan which is really good. I always wanted to improve back strength. Prior that I was exercising for a while yet haven’t seen any results. I must have been doing something wrong. Overall I am satisfied with the results I have achieved by following these exercises. The app really provided good tips on how to build a strong back muscles. Cheers
