I like going to the gym and I wanted to follow a musclegain routine. I told some of my friends to join this plan and they loved it. After 28 days I found it very useful as I worked out the full body, every day a different part with a good rest in between so I saw a good result. Very important to sleep and eat well. Very well done videos.
