The law of attraction is like any law, it has rules. Once you know how the rules work you can do anything!

Like I say the words you use are very powerful. And your perception of what is good and what is bad is just that – your perception.

Ever had someone say “oh I think so and so is really horrible” and you’ve thought well I know them and I don’t think they are. Or someone in your firm gets all the good jobs and you’re always passed over.


Ever wondered why that is?

Well it’s your perception.

If you believe that life is good, it will be. If you believe your boss is OK he/she will be (you might find that hard to believe but trust me, it is so even though I don’t know your boss!)

So how do you change your situation and find Mondays bearable?

Simple! You change the words you use – what you say to yourself and what you say to others. The first thing you need to do is so easy.

First thing in the morning, when you wake up before anything else – just say to yourself:

‘today is a wonderful day I choose to make it so’

Now that might be a very outrageous thought for you to get but it really does work. What you’re doing is telling the universe that you’re in charge today.

Not your mind – You.

And you’re also saying that whatever happens you will deal with it, in a calm and measured way.

Now obviously this needs to be done regularly. You can’t expect to wake up tomorrow morning, say “today is wonderful day I choose to make it so” and every day after that will be wonderful. Nooooooooooooo!

Change your daily routine

why we hate mondays_2So before you get out of bed, look at your emails or whatever it is you do first thing in the morning, after you’ve turned off the alarm rather than thinking “Oh bugger, I don’t want to get up, it’s Monday”, say “today is a wonderful day I choose to make it so”

And get into the habit of saying it every day. Within a few days you will notice you’ll start feeling different about things.

Before you go to sleep at night, before you turn off the light, say “thank you for a great day, tomorrow will be even better”. You’ll have a good restful sleep and in the morning wake refreshed and ready to take on the day’s challenges.

Take control of your life

Here’s the thing, once you start taking charge, not letting circumstances take charge, you’re getting out of victim mode and sorting your life out on a daily basis.

You will be pleasantly surprised when after a couple of weeks of saying “today is a wonderful day I choose to make it so” and “thank you for the wonderful day, tomorrow will be even better”  there will be changes in your life.

It’s like magic, once you put it out there, once you tell the Universe you are in charge, all sorts of good things will start happening.

You’re sending out these ‘good vibrations’, you will be believing in better, whether it’s your health, your weight, your money, your relationships, your confidence.

All from saying those two sentences. You’ll be delighted at the changes. You’ll be viewing life in a totally different way. Your perceptions of things will have altered.

Mondays will be just another day. Try it, what have you got to lose?
