About me
In the space of just a few years Ness Knight has firmly established herself as an Adventure and Endurance athlete of incredible determination, fortitude and international renown.

The first lady in history to swim the length of The River Thames, she is also the first lady in history to Stand Up Paddle Board 1,000 miles. The latter challenge immediately preceded
a solo bike ride across the entirety of the USA. Ness is also experienced in the business world and has worked with a star of TV’s Dragon’s Den and an eminent US astronaut. She is able to combine her extraordinary physical achievements with her business acumen and is able to deliver inspiring motivational talks.
