About me
William is a Sports Performance Coach who has trains sports teams, small groups, and individual athletes in the private sector. He received his Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist, an Olympic weightlifting sports performance coach, and a personal trainer. His training philosophies on injury prevention and performance enhancement have been honed through
his educational pursuits, which he continues to this day as a doctoral candidate.
