Victor is a personal trainer with over 10 years experience. He specialises in body weight training to achieve weight loss and improve function as well as injury rehabilitation. Victor has a postgraduate certificate in Sport and Exercise Science along with a Diploma in Personal Training and an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy. Victor's approach to training addresses the individual so
