About me
Rob is a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach at the college level. He specializes in designing comprehensive training programs that address muscular imbalances and optimizes overall performance through proper form and control. Rob currently has his Masters in Exercise Science with a focus on performance enhancement and injury reduction. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) with other certifications in performance enhancement (NASM-PES) and speed training (NASE-CSS). He believes that training is a 24/7 mentality and that the hard work and dedication pays off big whether it's at work, in the gym, or on the field.
