Rick is a molecular biologist turned personal trainer, and have always had a passion for health and fitness, particularly in strength and power. Over the years, he has gained a large amount of experience in a variety of sports. These include power-lifting, tennis, badminton, kart-racing, judo and rugby. He constantly strives to improve himself in all areas, and the most
effective way is through good quality, intense exercise!
