Rachel is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach who specializes in sport specific training, female training, general fitness and nutrition.
She has a degree in Kinesiology and athletic therapy and currently runs her own business, “Rachel Foster Fitness”. Rachel has taught fitness overseas, volunteers as a head track coach for international charity “Girls on the Run” and works with elite athletes
helping them to develop themselves through sport performance. She believes that fitness and nutrition is a lifestyle and is an important factor in overall happiness and longevity.
