About me
Neil is a lifestyle coach/ personal trainer who more than 20 years sporting background and specialises in re-educating his clients on clean eating thats sustainable, affordable and easy to prepare. He has master's in nutrition and a degree in health, exercise and physical activity with a strong focus on functional circuit training, engaging body weight exercises and free weights with
his clients.

He is qualified as performance exercise specialist and corrective exercise specialist and is experiences in TRX and kettlebell training, olympic lifting and functional movement screening.
