About me
Molly McNamee is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor who specializes in weight loss, resistance training, yoga, and HIIT. Molly works hard to always bring something new to her clients and believes variety in a workout is what creates the strongest body.

Molly received her personal training certificate with NASM and has continued to expand her knowledge and learn about
new fitness trends by taking courses in Yoga, Bosu, Tabata, Corrective Exercise, and so much more. She believes that we should always continue to improve on ourselves, and hopes to influence many people.

Molly does private training and group classes in Los Angeles. And has been building an internet presence on her MFit Youtube channel and weekly blog.
