About me
Michael draws from experiences from both his military background in the Household Cavalry and working for a large multi-national organisation prior to developing a career as a Personal Trainer and owner of 6TSIX Fitness & Health Ltd. Training and developing others has always been a passion whether in the world of sports, equine skills, or personal and career development.
Running has
been a big part of Michaels life for the last 30 years, from competing at Cross Country in the armed forces to running Marathons, Half Marathons and 10K races. More recently with the increased popularity of OCR (Obstacle Course Races) he is currently working on some exciting projects with in this area.
