Marcus is a new Personal Trainer who specialises in Olympic lifts and strength training.

He has a BSc Hons Degree in exercise and health.

Marcus is hoping to complete British Weightlifting courses and become a certified weightlifting coach.

He believes that compound lifts should and can be implemented for almost everyone and if not can be adapted.
