Laura is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and certified in suspension training and boot camp instruction. She currently works with local youth sports teams on injury prevention training, in addition to offering personal fitness training sessions. Laura has worked with all ages and athletic abilities, and along side physical therapists and chiropractors to
improve clients’ mobility, strength, agility, and flexibility. Laura believes that the key to wellness is through movement, and she is currently working towards certification in corrective exercise and functional training. She welcomes all questions and comments in the comment section.
