Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. This is the guideline I use with all of my athletes. Of course if talent works hard you have created a monster. Kelly has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is currently working towards her masters in Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Conditioning.
Kelly also has her NSCA-CSCS. She is currently the head strength and conditioning coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College. She has been doing the strength and conditioning of the volleyball, baseball, golf, track, cross country, tennis, both men's and women's soccer on campus as well. Kelly firmly believes that if you train the way your body moves in sport or in daily life, you will become strong in those ways as well. Weight training is the answer that everyone is looking for.
