About me
Justin primarily engages in the fitness industry as a professor at Liberty University, teaching exercise science. He is also the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the University's men's lacrosse team. However, his interests are not isolated to elite athletes.

Justin views strength and conditioning on a continuum, which everyone fits into. Fitness goals can be
elite performance, recreational athleticism, health, or even activities of daily living. Each and every fitness goal can be achieved with proper application of evidence-based training principles. Justin enjoys partnering with people to provide guidance and support on the journey towards success.

Justin's passion for fitness is supported by an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology, as well as a handful of certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (EP-C, CEP), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and U.S. Weightlifting (USAW-1). He is also pursuing a doctorate in health education.
