About me
Josh Gangaware is a South Florida based Fitness and Strength Coach out of Slash Fitness /// Performance. He has worked with clients of varying fitness levels and ages, from fitness novices to professional athletes, ages 7 to 75. Josh earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education from Coastal Carolina University and continued his education with graduate studies in Exercise
Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University. Josh is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA and a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist through the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists.
