John Shepherd is a well respected GB Athletics coach, fitness trainer, national magazine editor, author and champion Masters athlete.
John was Editor and publisher of Ultra-Fit Magazine before moving on to edit Outdoor Fitness. He has also contributed to the likes of: GQ, FHM, Men's Fitness, Peak Performance. The Times and numerous other publications. A Great Britain &
England athletic team member as a long jumper throughout the 80´s and 90´s. John has also published several books on fitness and training.
