Helping people make positive lifestyle changes that improve overall health and fitness has been my lifelong passion. My personal training and exercise prescription is designed specifically to accomplish clients' fitness and health goals. My training specialties include: functional training, core strengthening, injury prevention, and training periodization. I provide regimens for athletes who are looking to improve speed,
strength, and flexibility. I also enjoy designing exercise prescriptions within ACSM and NSCA guidelines for clients simply looking to improve their overall health. I am a Penn State University graduate in Kinesiology with more than 9 years of experience in the health/fitness/wellness field.
