About me
Joe spent eight years as a Royal Marine Commando and completed two tours of Afghanistan before his military career was cut short when he was shot and had to have one leg amputated.
Overcoming this personal tragedy led Joe into a career as an athlete on the GB Paracanoeing team, while also retraining as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. He
now runs boot camps, bodyweight training, circuit training and 'overcoming adversity' training, using a range of training systems - such as kettle bells and suspension training.
He also has a keen interest, and a rapidly growing knowledge, in nutrition, biomechanics, weight loss and strength and conditioning.
