Hi my name is Joanna. I am personal trainer specialising in weight loss throughout training and healthy nutrition.
I specialise in body transformation training,
team training and female group training.
I have a masters degree in nutrition, training and dealing with anorexia.
I was on the good afternoon show on Ireland Am demonstrating exercises and training for women.
I believe being active, and
healthy eating is part of your lifestyle.
I am also distributing healthy meals, snacks, dinners and desserts to my clients and athletes.
