About me
Jenn is a personal trainer and owner of Wholly Fit, a fitness business in Victoria, British Columbia.

Jenn has a background in competitive (national tennis) athletics and is a BCRPA personal trainer specializing in goal directed training with clients of all ages and fitness abilities.

Every month Jenn takes one of her clients, and makes their goal her own. She checks in
on them daily, tailoring their workouts, homework, eating plans etc. to help them reach their maximum potential.

Jenn believes learning how to set goals is not only essential in any fitness journey but also integral in being your best in other areas of your life.
