Jason is a personal trainer who works with athletes of all ages as well as general population clients. He has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Fitness. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and is a Level One Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Jason has
experience working with players in the NHL and it’s minor league affiliates. He believes that every client has different needs, and customizes their programs individually. There are no cookie cutter programs that he uses with his clients.
