About me
Jamie is a Certified Personal Trainer and co-owner of Lakeside Fitness Center in Oakland, NJ. He graduated from Rutgers University and holds certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He began working out when he was 11, mainly because he had 2
older brothers who were very fit and he was not blessed with those same genes. He saw the changes that could be made to the body with hard work and dedication and that began his passion for the fitness industry and desire to help others make those same changes.
