Ina is a qualified fitness trainer having studied with YMCA in Central London. She has worked in gyms and with personal clients in Australia and London.

She is also trained and experienced in various forms of dance from Ballet to Latin to Hip Hop. She has had articles published in the UK, USA and Poland and has featured regularly as
a fitness model in leading magazines.

Ina’s interests and activities include not only working out but dance, languages, gymnastics, aerial workouts, ice skating, roller blading and more!
