About me
Esther is a personal trainer who specializes in functional training and corrective exercise. Esther’s holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, is a NSCA-CPT, FMS and NKT Level 2 Therapist.
Esther is also a Flight Attendant who educates other crew members on training and
nutrition while on the road.
Esther believes that the spirit, soul, and body work equally. Therefore, exercise all three and
you will live the rest of your life “with ease”.
