Erika Parla is an in-home personal trainer and wellness consultant specializing in functional training, injury prevention, HIIT and flexibility, working with a broad range of clients from youths and special populations to those over 45.
She is ACSM and LROME certified with a background in group fitness and running and has been involved in the fitness industry and health and wellness
continuing education for over 25 years.
Her philosophy is to provide her clients with a customised, achievable program based on individual goals and needs through which they can live healthier, happier lives.
