Absolutely loved working with Dr. Henning and this program. Fitness became easy and fun by learning proper nutrition and efficient workouts. I had previously spent too much time working out and His program taught me how to use my time at the gym wisely. I did a transformation 2 years ago and am now 6 months post baby, I still receive compliments almost daily about how good I look. The best part is I feel great! You won't be dissapointed and cannot fail if you stick to this program!
You will not find someone more knowledgable about health, fitness and weightloss than Paul! The great thing about his work is its about making the changes for life and not some kind of fad diet or workout routine. I feel bad when I see people trying to diet or get healthy on their own because I just want them to reach out to Paul and make life a little easier on themselves! What I have learned from him I now have for life and for that I'm extremely grateful! You will never regret working with this guy!
Dr Henning is an amazing person to work with professional and personal to his clients needs and goals. His dedication and enthusiasm to health and wellness drives those around him. I am greatful for working with him as he has motivated my personal to be healthy.
Dr. Henning demonstrates an enthusiastic and innovative approach to health and wellness. I'm glad I have had the opportunity to learn under his tutelage.
