Doug is an exercise expert whose passion originates from a life transformation due to losing 100 pounds. He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky as well as his USAW and CSCS certifications. Doug has programmed for and coached high school, tactical, and D1 athletes, designed and implemented exercise programs for special populations, taught Strength
and Conditioning at the collegiate level, and worked in several capacities with corporate wellness. He is currently pursuing a career transforming the lives of kids through teaching K-12 Physical Education. He happily offers personal and/or fitness programming and coaching. Just shoot him an email!
