MIND OVER MATTER
I tipped the scales at over 210 lbs. I was a smoker for 15 yrs on and off with asthma. I wanted to change my lifestyle especially my cardiovascular system so I quit smoking and joined a fitness club. Had the best side effect.... I lost weight and strengthen my system.
Training is my passion and have been
working hard on my body since 2004. I Started with a trainer/coach in 2006
Over the years of applying my effort to become the best me I managed to transform my body to a level of elite athleticism winning many awards in natural bodybuilding.
Now my focus is track and field and hopefully with my new goal i hope to acheive greatness as a mature athlete in the 100m dash.
A recent graduate of massage therapy i hope to incorporate my knowledge a an athlete, a trainer , a coach and a professional to WatchFit
