About me
Alan is a personal trainer that specialises in body composition and transformations. Educated to a Masters level in Sport and exercise Physiology and with a degree in sports science. Has completed various nutrition courses inc. nutrition for fat loss, sports performance nutrition, health and nutrition. Alan regularly attends work shops and seminars with world renowned strength & conditioning coaches,
performance coaches and fitness expo's. Ask questions and leave comments. At the peak of his athletic career Alan was the Irish champion and ranked no. 7 in Europe.
