About me
Jo Scott-Dalgleish is a degree-qualified nutritional therapist working with runners, cyclists and triathletes to help improve their performance while maintaining good health. She has particular experience in optimising energy levels and supporting digestive health. Jo’s clients range from those doing their first triathlon or marathon to those undertaking multi-day endurance challenges such as the Gobi Desert March or the Haute
Route cycle event. Other clients are training for an Ironman triathlon or a 100 mile ultra-marathon, or simply working towards a personal best in their favourite event. Jo writes regularly for Women’s Running magazine and has contributed to other fitness publications on the subject of nutrition for endurance sport. She does not subscribe to a particular dietary philosophy, but instead works closely with her clients to put together a nutritional plan that suits their individual training goals, lifestyle and food preferences. She also offers a range of functional laboratory tests to clients to help assess their individual nutritional needs.
