Jennifer is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a PhD in Education and a dual Master of Science Degree in nutrition and exercise science. Jennifer specializes in nutrition for weight management and elite and recreational athletes. Jennifer uses a coaching style that is empathetic and individualized to each client’s learning
style, food preferences and goals. In addition to nutrition consulting, Jennifer does freelance writing on health topics and teaches nutrition and sports nutrition at the college level.
