Ho, ho, ho! It’s that time of year… AGAIN! My schedule has freed up significantly from the Holidays and my clients are out and about getting merry off egg nogg.

I took to writing to get myself busy again and decided to work on this post for anyone looking to stay trim during the holiday season.

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

8 Deadlifts

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 90 kettlebell swings

– 8 Deadlifts

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

– and a set of burpees.

♫ On the tenth day of Christmas my Trainer assigned to me:

– 10 hanging leg raises

– 90 kettlebell swings

– 8 Deadlifts

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

– and a set of burpees.

♫ On the eleventh day of Christmas my Trainer assigned to me:

– 11 box squats

– 10 hanging leg raises

– 90 kettlebell swings

– 8 Deadlifts

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

– and a set of burpees.

♫ On the twelfth day of Christmas my Trainer assigned to me:

– 12 Jumping Jacks

– 11 box squats

– 10 hanging leg raises

90 kettlebell swings

– 8 Deadlifts

– 7 weighted pullups

– 6, 40 yard sprints

– 5 rounds of jump squats

– 4 minutes of jump rope

– 3 mile run

– 2 sets of pushups

– and a set of burpees.
